In the natural process of coexistence among living beings, affinity in lifestyle, language, culture, and the way we understand relational models are circumstances that promote the natural creation of alliances, which leads to the formation of communities. This is also how the Emporion Community©™ was born.
This Community is composed of living men and women who have chosen to live under the understanding of natural law and natural rights, fully aware that there are other communities with coexistence models completely different from ours, and that these are neither better nor worse. However, we live with the clarity that there is a natural order of things that sustains life and the social relationship models we generate.
One of the fundamental characteristics of the Emporion Community is that we consider ourselves an Indigenous People, since the members of this community have confirmed our mitochondrial DNA, having been able to contrast and verify our ancestral genetic lineage. For those new to the subject, we recommend the works of Dr. Bryan Sykes. Among them, we suggest reading one of the most impactful works in this fascinating field: The Seven Daughters of Eve; it captures the essence of his research and shows how we can trace the survival of a gene passed down from generation to generation maternally, allowing us to follow the trail of our genetic ancestors through time and space.
Another common denominator shared by men and women anywhere in the world is language — the spoken word — used to communicate and establish and maintain relationships. Regarding language as a concept, there is a widely held meaning among the population that is probably part of the great confusion we currently find ourselves in, and it is relatively simple to explain.
When we speak, each of us shares, expresses, and tells things but does not pay attention to the fact that the sender of the information and the receiver are two completely different entities, each with a set of programming and experiences that are absolutely distinct. To this, we must add that each person understands words from a subjective perspective, closely linked to how both the sender and receiver perceive the world they live in. Specifically, each of them understands the words they use according to the meaning they personally assign to them. This happens from the moment we wake up until we go to bed.
However, this conception of language is completely stripped of meaning when you have to carry out an administrative procedure and the jargon used in that field surpasses everyday understanding.
Well then, from Emporion we want to make it clear that this language — the one that only a few understand and are authorized to use — is the language that governs our lives, yet it is far removed from reality. It is from this that the Emporion Community is born: with the purpose of teaching the great difference between common language and legal jargon, allowing those who truly wish to learn how to live a full life with complete independence to do so.
Living men and women are the words we invoke, determining through them what we do and what we build in our lives.
To provide a reference for this ontological model and understand what we are, we believe it is appropriate to present the postulates put forth by Rafael Echeverría in the "Ontology of Language," which state that:
- Human beings are linguistic beings.
- Language is generative and creates reality.
- Beings create themselves in and through language.
Ignoring these postulates would be to throw away thousands of years of history, since the word is what governs our lives, and the in-depth study of language is what has united this community, establishing as fact that natural law and natural rights are what give life to language and to the understanding of what living men and women are, in their essence and their way of understanding, creating, and living in this world.
Living in the reality created by others for us, through a coded and completely distorted language known as the "official language," is what has led different social models to the point we find ourselves today, which, from our perspective, goes against natural law and natural rights. This is what made us come together to constitute this Emporion© Community, which was born as an entity under Natural Law, leading to the Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation© and its entire structure.
The best way to understand the essence of a social structure is the following:
The living man and woman are the source of all rights.
They constitute a community under a common model of life.
This community, spread in different places but always united, constitutes a people.
This people constitutes a nation.
And this nation is the Kingdom of that People.
It is important at this point to explain what the Crown and the reigning King are, as well as the role of the Vicar of Christ (the Pope) in this history.
There is confusion between the following concepts:
“Kingdom of a People” with “Crown”;
“King” in office at any given moment in history with respect to that “Crown.”
This confusion arises from believing that the Kingdom belongs to the King, as the current representative of a Crown.
However, this is a mistake, since the Kingdom of a people is composed solely of the members of its community and their way of relating within the territory they inhabit. Therefore, the Kingdom belongs to the Community which, in itself, constitutes a people.
Having established what a Kingdom is and to whom it belongs, it is important to clarify that the Crown is a bloodline historically created by a fictitious power, which at any given time has been represented or embodied by the person of a king from that lineage.
Therefore, the king is only the person who, at a particular moment in history, leads the Crown, holding its representation.
Both the King who represents the Crown and the Vicar of Christ (known as the Pope) have historically claimed, without justification, to be God's representatives on Earth, considering the people as their subjects. The Crowns with their respective Kings throughout history, and the Vicars of Christ, have imposed their power through wars, death, and slavery, driven solely by greed and under the banner that they are God's representatives on Earth, thus inheriting that authority. This is the source of the conceptual confusion mentioned above.
The absolute supremacy of the Vicar of Christ — the spiritual power — over the King — the secular power, also known as civil authority — was established through the papal bull Unam Sanctam, issued on November 18, 1302, by Pope Boniface VIII. Therefore, based on the above, it must be stated that a Kingdom belongs to a People, and only the People decide what, when, how, and who; in other words, the People decide which model of coexistence and society they want to create. No one else can tell the People what to do, under what structure to relate and live together. It’s that simple.
The planet Earth, with everything it contains, is a special and magical place for those of us who inhabit it to enjoy its greatness and abundance. No one owns anything, since we are here only temporarily. Property is a concept that belongs to linguistic illusion, not to the facts we experience. Anyone who thinks they have or own something only needs to ask themselves: How many years will my biological body take to degrade and cease to function? There lies the answer to the illusory world of property. Genesis 3:19: “For dust you are and to dust you shall return.”
