FRRf was originally established on December 12, 2013, as a Registry of International Customary Law and a Private Records Archive.
The Registrar was first recognized by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC) on July 27, 2017. The primary objective of FRRf is to provide an international platform for all competent governments, organizations, and individuals to register and record valid titles of ownership over their real estate, properties, and private transfers. This is known as Alodial Title. Our alodial titles are governed, just like all contracts, by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). In the extensive journey of the First Republic Registrar foundation©™, and currently experiencing international expansion, it promotes that the Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ become its Official Delegation for representation and issuance of documents for the entire Spanish-speaking world. Similarly, they accept all International Treaties, Oaths, and Codes of Conduct established by FRRf.
Therefore, they are willing to collaborate with anyone whose actions are backed by Natural Law, the Law derived from it, good faith, constructive collaboration, honor, and dignity.
Any living man or woman who chooses to walk this path and request the issuance of any document through us must:
- Have read all the information available on the First Republic Registrar Foundation©™ website.
- Carefully read the international treaties issued by the FRRf, as the request for the issuance of documents entails accepting and signing these treaties.
- Choose the corresponding forms for the documents they wish to request. At this point, one confirms their acceptance to comply with these treaties for the documents to be issued.
- The FRRf and the MDNEf, as its Official Delegation, are not responsible for the improper use of the issued documents or any repercussions that may arise from such use, should it cause harm to the FRRf or the MDNEf as its Official Delegation.
Definition of improper use: "anything that deviates from acting under restitutio in integrum, living by the birth rights granted to us by Natural Law, conducting commerce with good faith, dignity, honor, constructive collaboration, and refraining from harming any third party."

Knowing the tyranny and oppression generated by corporate-governments, in the face of this, what remains is the application of the right to rebellion and the right to defense, but all existing prior avenues in learning must always be exhausted so that, when the moment comes in which one has to make use of any of them, the conviction is so deep that it allows doing everything required to safeguard natural rights. And this only happens when there is full and absolute certainty of having exhausted all the known possible prior avenues.
Looking toward the possible truth of each individual which, probably and on many occasions, is distorted due to lack of knowledge, leads us to have to learn the rules of the game and know what to do with them, these being our best travel companions. That is the true path in the world of commerce and is the only way to be respected, even if it does not always imply being recognized at a given moment in the world of corporate governments.
