LANGUAGE
The Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ and its Departments are well aware of the importance of language use in the legal and commercial fields.
The official languages of international trade are French and English; although both can be used interchangeably, English prevails as the dominant language.
Therefore, as the most widely used language in international commerce, English will prevail in any process we undertake, but we will not limit ourselves exclusively to it.
This does not mean we will disregard Spanish, as it is the mother tongue of the Emporion Community, the Ministry, and its Departments.
We are knowledgeable of and take into account the official language, the legal jargon, the codes, and the dictionaries used by corporations according to their official language to draft treaties, codes, statutory laws, etc. We will employ whatever is required according to each situation.

We want to highlight, in the context of legal language, legal jargon or technolex, that one of the most complicated issues is the process of translating from English to Spanish. Sometimes, we see key words translated in any manner, even in texts where the Spanish translation is merely a courtesy, since the governing text is in English. But ultimately, all this can lead to major confusion. To illustrate this, we want to give a specific example: the word “trust” and its commonly used Spanish translation “fideicomiso.”
Under no circumstances are “trust” and “fideicomiso” interchangeable legal terms, as each belongs to a commercial vehicle with distinct legitimate and legal characteristics. For the reader to grasp the complexity of terms like this, we include the following article, where they can appreciate the extensive web of language distortion we face regarding these words, which is only one example of the complexity of the issue and the delicate task ahead on the path of learning in the field of language.
