Both the MDNEf©™ and the departments emanating from it are non-profit entities, not incorporated, tax-exempt, and are integrated as auxiliary companies of the Church Ministry doing business as the MINISTRY OF NATURAL LAW EMPORION©™, recognized by the United States as a 508 (c) (1) (a) organization.

All actions carried out by the Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ and everything under its responsibility through its authorized representatives are exempt from any liability towards third parties.

The Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ and everything under its responsibility, along with its authorized representatives, do not fall under the concept of "managed persons" as defined in the Panhispanic Dictionary of Legal Spanish, and are therefore outside corporate jurisdiction for all purposes.

The services offered by the Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ and everything under its responsibility do not replace any service that any corporation may provide to its managed persons. Therefore, it is the full and absolute responsibility of anyone requesting any service to abide by the following general principle of law: ignorance of the law does not exempt one from compliance.

All services require a non-refundable donation. Anyone requesting a service must have carefully read all information related to it, know what they want, and, if interested, under their full responsibility, request it through a contract and the proposed donation for that service.

All services offered by the Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ and everything under its responsibility are linked to the learning of Natural Law, the Law of Nature, and the model of coexistence that can be created with its application.

The Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ and everything under its responsibility reserve all rights to modify or change, without prior notice, the quantification of donations related to the services offered. All terms will be properly established at the time of formalizing the service through the corresponding contract.

The Ministry of Natural Law Emporion foundation©™ and everything under its responsibility operate exclusively with donations in gold and/or silver, through its official currency, the Dracma (which is backed by gold and/or silver). We will also accept currencies backed by gold and/or silver, such as the Thaleri and the American Federation Dollar, as well as others that may arise in the process of recovering the gold standard, always reserving the right to choose, at the time of contract creation, which currency will be used for the donation for that service.

Our jurisdiction is established by Natural Law, the rights that emanate from it, along with the jurisdiction of the soil and the land, as well as anything that may be established through Private Contractual Law.
