Attempting to simplify International Law is far from our purpose, but that does not mean we won’t provide clarity on what truly governs the lives of living men and women, natural and legal persons.

Whether we realize it or not, we live in a society fundamentally governed by contract law. From international law governing supranational-corporate structures to corporate law, everything—absolutely everything—is contract-based.

The veil and web they have woven are so vast that it can prevent us from seeing the single reality that governs us: contractual law. Therefore, we offer a brief guide to what prevails in Private International Law, as it is our path forward in this process of restoring our natural rights:
