From the Ministry of Natural Law Emporion Foundation©™, we wish to acknowledge all Indigenous Peoples, Sovereign Communities, Sovereign Organizations, Sovereign Kingdoms, and all those willing to engage in constructive collaboration, good faith, honor, and dignity on the path of respecting the natural rights of every living man and woman, and their ways of coexistence anywhere on planet Earth. First Republic Registrar foundation©™
The FRRf was originally established on December 12, 2013, as a Registry of International Customary Law and a Private Records Archive.
The main objective of the FRRf is to provide an international platform for all governments, organizations, and competent individuals to register and record valid property titles over their real estate, immovable properties, and private transfers. This is known as Alodial Title. Our alodial titles are governed, like all contracts, by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
The Talismanic Kingdom of Atmaurium
Atmaurium is a small principality with an area of about 3 square kilometers (1.2 square miles), and our capital is Luba. We have a limestone terrain and a rocky coastline, enjoying a Mediterranean climate with mild, wet winters and hot, dry summers. This allows us to embrace a cultural philosophy rooted in five Universal Principles: Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.
Sovereign International Court of Justice
The SICJ (Sovereign International Court of Justice) and the SICC (Sovereign International Criminal Court), hereinafter icj-icc.org, aim to re-ratify, reshape, and restore the original courts as they existed in 1811 AD, before their disappearance in 1877.
DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND ARTICLES OF ITS CONSTITUTION
Invoking the Intellectual Property and Individual Freedom Rights contemplated by the Law, by this document I hereby self-proclaim as INDEPENDENT and establish the WANDERING REPUBLIC OF MENDA, claiming as National territory the surface over which I have contact, with my inviolable borders being those of my physical surroundings, while my psychic boundaries extend further and wider. I do not recognize any other authorities or foreign laws except those based on honesty, common sense, and constructive collaboration.
